I am back here looking for it again, cause it truly is the only one ever that has worked quickly and effectively as it promised. The Michael Thurmond diet is very effective. It also is healthy as it balances starches, proteins, and green vegetables. The drawback is that one needs to be very organized and follow it to the letter. Drink lots of water and walk 45 minutes a day. It was a great eating plan. Lost weight dat and didn't feel hungry.

I am vegetarian and take dairy product as well. No Eggs. I want to know if you have program suitable for vegetarians? I did this program a few years ago, but lost all the blue prints, and menus. I want to do it again, but dont want to buy the whole program again. Does anybody know where I can get the blueprints, quizes and menus? I have fallen off the wagon several times during the years , but I could always go back to this program to put me back on track.

I Love It! If you follow the plan and do the exercise it is amazing how well and how fast you get a start on the program. It's restrictive BUT I lost 95 pounds in 9 months. Can't complain about that. I have had this program since and LOVE it. If you are like me and need the rigid plan in order to stick to it, then this is for you. It keeps me focused and yeah, it does take a lot of work, BUT being healthy is a lot of work and if you haven't been doing any work now, then likely, this will be a huge change.
